When you log in to CustomClear.net, we respect your privacy. CustomClear.net uses the information you provide us to help personalize product information and offers. We only use your name and address information to mail you promotional items, news and offers. We will never give or sell your user information or email address to anyone without your consent.

We use your email address only to send you information and updates about CustomClear.net. On your registration form you may select whether or not you want to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time you wish to be taken off the CustomClear.net emailing list.

If you are visiting CustomClear.net from a location outside the U.S., your connection will be through and to servers located in the U.S. Your orders placed through CustomClear.net will be accepted and fully processed in and shipped from the U.S. and all information you provide will be securely maintained in our Web server and internal systems located within the U.S.

CustomClear.net believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our clients. We provide stringent and effective security measures on our website.

It is our policy to never send private information, such as your credit card number, via email. In fact, this is a practice we recommend you adopt in all of your Internet activities.

We designed CustomClear.net to accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, 3.0 versions or higher of Netscape Navigator and versions 3.02 or higher of Internet Explorer. This means you’ll be unable to inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single-pixel .gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous.

RETURN POLICY

As our valued customers, we want you to feel confident in your purchase which is why we guarantee 100% satisfaction with our products quality.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase to us for a refund or exchange within 15 days of the order date.
We will gladly accept your return in saleable condition.

To return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Enclose invoice and original materials
2. Ship (we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries) your package fully insured to:

*All products must be returned in good condition, never been used, in original package.

Upon receiving your return, all materials are reviewed by us. We may not accept your return if it does not meet the qualification above. Once your returned item is accepted, a refund less re-stocking fee of 15% will be issued in the original form of payment. We will not refund your return shipped cost.

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

All of Custom Clear‘s products are shipped through USPS to the addresses within the United Sates. Currently we accept online credit cards for the billing and shipping addresses in the US only. For now, international orders are not available.

Your order will be processed within 24 hours after payment method has been approved. For each address within the United States, your order will be shipped via USPS using the Service/Rate of your choice.

In most cases you will receive your item within 5-7 business days after ordering.

MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

The Aesthetic Facial Centre LLC, requires that all appointments will be prepaid.

We have implemented a policy which enables you to maintain your credit card information securely on file. In providing Custom Clear, with your credit card information, you are giving us permission to automatically charge your credit card the full amount of your service, 48 hours before your appointment.

If your credit card does not go through, your appointment will not be held for you.

A missed appointment is when you fail to show up for an allotted appointment time without a phone call or cancellation notice of at least 48-hours.

Please remember that we have reserved appointment times especially for you. Therefore, we request at least a 48 hour notice in order to reschedule your appointment. Monday appointments should be rescheduled or cancelled before noon on Friday. This will enable us to offer your cancelled time to other clients.

ALL clients will be charged the full appointment fee if not cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

No shows of two (2) or more times within 12 months may be refused a future appointment or custom blended products.
